Commercially-astute finance professional with proven success in adding value to businesses

A successful Finance Director of a number of businesses, including multi-national corporations, venture capital backed entrepreneurial and privately owned companies. A total of 20-years experience of finance and accountancy, with a commercial bias within industry and commerce.

As well as implementing clear financial controls, accurate and timely financial reporting and robust processes and procedure for many businesses, achievements have included successful large cost reduction programmes, working capital and funding improvements as well as successful business acquisitions and disposals.

An in-depth analytical and strategic ability has facilitated operational and commercial improvement for clients and currently acts as Finance Director for 4 SME organisations as well as providing consultancy support for others.
